The official languages of the conference are Hebrew and French, a simultaneous translation will be avilable.
Visas:
For participants from most countries, a visa for Israel is not required; however, your travel agent will be able to advice you on this. For countries that do not have diplomatic relations with Israel, please apply to the Israeli Embassy or the Consulate in your own country.
If it is not possible to contact a nearby embassy, please write to the organizers no later than 45 days prior to the meeting. Please include the following details for each person in your group: full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date and place of passport issue and flight numbers and details.

Neither the local Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability for damages and / or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the congress participants or by any persons accompanying them, both during official activities and excursions. Participation in all tours and events is at one's own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the congress.
Currency:
The New Israeli Shekel (NIS), is the official national currency. All the major credit cards are accepted in Israel in places displaying the emblem at the entrance.
Airport Information and Travel To Jerusalem:
Ben Gurion International Airport is served by many daily direct flights from most destinations. The International airport is 30-40 minutes from the city and private taxis are available 24 hours a day.
Climate:
The rainy season extends from October to early May, and rainfall peaks in December through February. Rainfall varies considerably by regions from the North to the South.
Dress Code:
The congress dress code is business–casual.
Exhibition:
A large exhibition will run alongside the congress.
